I was reading the rules governing the photocopies (or rather, reprographics) of works protected by copyright, in its FAQ page SIAE. We explained that the limit, even for a fee, is 15% for personal use, and examines in detail what they must do the copy shops, libraries etc.
Then there comes a point enigmatic
